Let me introduce you to the Tigre Negro, the ultimate
brazilian Guile edit.
I knew this character was a potential review just by hearing
his voice, but we'll talk about it later: let's start with
the basic stuff at first.
Some of the required frames have misplaced axis (for
a quick example of that, just hit him with a strong attack
and you'll see what I'm talking about), and all of his
attacks have unlimited attack priorities (no clsn2? :O).
Also, he's missing several frames and some anims don't
look right (either they're too fast, too slow or they're
completely out of place).
About the graphics part, nothing to call home about, except
that the edits could be done a lot better than that, and
he has palette errors with the newer mugen builds.
Now, let's get with the serious stuff. He's supposed
to play MVC, right? Then, explain me why he can combo
light attacks into strong attacks, and then into light
attacks again, Fierce punch/Roundhouse kick doesn't knock
the opponent on the ground during an air combo, and the
Air Launcher actually knocks the opponent down. And the
show isn't over, people:
-His QCF+2P super is a full attack with non-existent
delay, and can be executed 4 times in a row:dead opponent.
-QCF+2K suffers the same syndrome of QCF+2P, and the spark
looks ugly. Oh, and weird concept, too.
-His throws could seriously need a Screenbound. Heck,
it isn't that hard, if even I learnt to use it. Also,
p2 anim looks off on both throws.
-Crazy juggles with his air launcher: D+HP, LPx7 while
moving forward = 391 damage.
-Afterimages and palfx don't cease almost everytime.
-QCB+2K is basically useless: 40 damage for a lv2 combo.
Either is a combo starter (if so, it isn't stated in the
readme), or it doesn't work at all.

(If you don't know what it means, these state controllers
set var(1) to a random value between 1 and 2, and in both
cases it sends the player into state 192.)
-If you kill an opponent and then execute anything but
a normal attack, you'll get the Super Finish screen anyway.
-ALL OF HIS ATTACKS are QCF/QCB + key.
-All of his explod are continously bound to him.
-His crouching attacks can be blocked ONLY WHILE CROUCHING.
Can you say EXTRA CHEAPNESS?
-His AI knows all of the character flaws, and uses them
at its own advantage. QCF+2P > QCF+2P > QCF+2P >
QCB+2P > Crouching Light Punch > Crouching Medium
Kick > Flash kick ripoff. Even if you block the first
part (that will take something like 300 damage), you'll
probably be hit by the combo.

only, it doesn't stop the BGM.
His voice deserves a paragraph on its own. It looks like
a brazileiro recorded his own portoguese voice for this
character! :O That'd be good, if the sounds weren't so
much messed up. Anyway, it's fun to hear this Guile edited
guy screaming "TIGRI BOMBA"!!!
And I'm not going to mention his intro/ending storyboards,
as they show him flirting with Rogue and holding Magneto
with Cody's head by his neck.
Despite all of this, this character COULD still be decent
if correctly fixed. Too bad, because I don't think its
author is going to work anymore on a 110% version. And
that will rise our score, of course :P
