| I was browsing some random brazilian mugen board (namely Paodemugen) when I found something that attracted me instantly : a character with 1000 power level. "That's fuckin' awesome ! It must suck so much ..." I told to myself. So I decided to get Sonso and test him. And I was right. I don't think anybody can do worse than this "character".
First of all, the character is 100 % based on Kung Fu Man. That may look normal, but the way it was modified would make anyone want to puke. Just look at the "sprites" ( Which are, in fact, stupid, retarded drawings). They're all as fucking ugly as Jay-Z. Browse in the SFF file, you'll find the same sprite 10 times. The readme indicates that there are 2 versions of the character, namely Sonso & Sonso grande (tall). I strongly recommend you not to try to see the "grande" version, as you'd go blind as soon as it appears on the screen. 3 palettes are available, but 0 is the right number to choose. Fucking ugly. He even has the same intro as KFM.
Then, let's see the sounds. Hahahaha. I think they are radio/TV rips, since they are all oversized. The SND file is 3 Mb, which is quite funny for a character with like 10 "sprites". As it's in portuguese, I can't really understand what's said, but who gives a shit?
Now what about the moves? Sonso has 3 moves performed by qcf + key (you'll have a hard time pulling them off :p), with 2 of them removing 500 life. So do it twice, you win. Cheap, isn't it? Even MB-02 gets whipped. One of the moves (the scrolling shit that takes 75 % of the screen) has so much CLSN1 that I almost fell out of my seat. What the fuck is that? A bus?
Let's continue with the CNS file. The CNS is a ridiculous 25 Kb. As stated before, the character is based on KFM. The only changes are for the "moves implemented" in it & most of the states are deleted. When you open the CNS file, here's what you will find :

This is MIGHTY RETARDED FROM THE AUTHORS POPCORN! Even a monkey wouldn't put those kind of values in a character. But hey this is a Brazilian production, what do you expect?
