Paikuhan could be a great character, if executed correctly. HOwever, this character just ends up not being as good as it could be due to mistakes in judgement, with subtract from the character's overall presentation.
It appears to me that some sprites were missing, as some animatinos such as the walking sprites are very choppy. Nothing big though, as the quality of the sprites are not poor. The CLSN boxes, however, are a totally different story. They were poorly placed, and really don't help to improve the character at all.
If you frequently read reviews, you'll find that many of the poor characters reviewed have something in common: they usually feature poor CLSN boxes. I don't know why this is, as CLSN boxes are probably the easiest things to implement into a MUGEN character. The CLSN boxes should be improved in order for Paikuhan to improve.
My biggest gripe with this character is the gameplay. For some reason, most if nota ll special moves are already 10-14 hit combos. This makes the character no fun to play as at all, since rather than creating custom cobos of your own, you simply rely on teh character to do the work for you. This also stops you from doing anything more than simply sitting back and enjoying the show.
In the end, this character is simply mediocre, yet can be improved by fixing a few things that are getting in the way.
