this character should perhaps at least have a readme file included [note: this would give him a total of seven (!) instead of six (;_;) files]...
when i opened the .cmd, i was surprised to read the following line:

so, then let's have a look at this beauty (?) in action... ugh. ok, his sprite alignment (i love this word >_<") is rather... strange. but who cares about looks... (side-note: his clsn boxes have to be a bad joke. they -have- to be!) err... i'm lost. i also was surprised by the fact that he does -two- kicks, everytime i press -one- kick button. why? this is boring... did i mention they are infinites? no? well, nevermind.
this is one of the worst characters i've ever played (not -the- worst, but he's on a really low level). but i found the idea of his stance interesting. the idea, nothing more... i think i have nothing more to say... (it's only logical that he floods debug display with error warnings, isn't it?) forgive me that i could not force myself to play this gohan against normal characters. kfm would probably be shamed (he -has- sound! and correct values for hitspark positions! and more! kfm rules!)
watch out for the -great- screenshot! Wait... there should be at least -two- screenshots? Oh no, you're not going to bring me into playing this character again. No way! Forget it! by the way: it's only fair that this character has no sound file. he deserves no sound.
