Cheap. That's the best way to describe this character. Take the final boss form of Kagami from LB1, give it some LB2 moves
plus a bunch of other really cheap moves and this character is what you get. And it's got some spectacular bugs. But we'll
get to those in a bit.
First, the graphics. As I said, it uses mostly graphics from Kagami's appearance as a boss in LB1 (with the blue flames and
all), but there are some moves from LB2 thrown in with a really bad color adjustment job on the flames. Also, it should be
noted that 99% of his moves look really, really stupid while floating. That's one feature of boss Kagami that should have
been taken out. Sound is wholly unremarkable, other than sounding quite low quality.
And now, the gameplay. Cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap. All his moves do too much damage. He has too many fast moves with
no recovery time. Sure, he's a boss, but even BOSSES have some limits. And since Third decided to use some really stupidly
elaborate formulas to calculate the damage supers do, if you use Kagami on anything OTHER than DOS Mugen, his level one
supers can totally kill (or almost kill) most normal characters in one hit. And since you can gain a super level by hitting
the opponent with a standing Y and then a DP+Y, you can see just how annoying this character can be.
There's no reason to reccomend this character. There's much better choices for a boss out there than this rather shoddy
version of Kagami.
