| This is a mess. Correction: this is a *stolen* mess. The original character is Tin & Adamskie's SvC Hugo, taken by this chump and turned into a hunk of crap. Even the filenames were left the same in two cases. o_O Okay, so the original wasn't great, but this is terrible. You know you're in trouble as soon as the character loads, Hugo stands there, flexes, and pulls speaking without moving his lips. Ventriloquism? No, just bad timing.
In fact, this "100% done character" (and the readme really does say 100%) is all around badly handled. The portrait isn't cropped to 120x140 size, instead straight from the game and makes the infamous Ogre portrait look adequate in comparison. Like palettles? Sucks to be you, because this puppy has 2 only. While that isn't a huge flaw, why in god's name would you dub something 100% complete with only 2 out of 13 palettes? The answer is obvious: someone can't do the math.
Most notably missing...well, Poison entirely (what, couldn't just steal Tin's states for her too?), PA is done by Start, not HP+HK as it should be. In fact, it does not even give any bonus period. Axis is off for many anims. His throws look like ass, and the neutral throw has him grabbing the opponent by the ankles, with the spark on the neck.
...yes, that actually said ankles. See included pic. Hugo's new plan of slowing down his opponent by breaking their feet is diabolical to say the...oh wait. That's not what's going on here, the 'creator' just doesn't have a clue.
CLSNs seem to fit horribly at times. I can't say much about most of the coding, since he didn't do most of the coding. In fact, I could go on for quite some time over all the bugs...but I won't. This is a waste of a character, and another example of why newbies or thieves should never touch SF3 characters period. Even Inferis' Alex, with all the stir it caused when released, runs circles around this waste.
Do yourself a favor: pass this one by. Even better, if you do download it, kindlybitch out his email for wasting your time. He deserves it.
