| Here's Androide Rugal made by some retard. Oh, wait, he didn't do this character, this is just Tin's Rugal, only butchered to an unhealthy level. Actually, Tin's Rugal was very good, since it had Normal Rugal/Omega Rugal/God Rugal modes, but now some asshole known as Androide has butchered it.
Let's start with the sounds. Most sounds were replaced with... Starcraft sounds. Yes. Starcraft sounds. It's so terrible to see a poor character known as Rugal making fucking Protoss sounds. Oh, but Androide didn't swap all the sounds, so sometimes you'll hear Rugal's normal voice and sometimes Protoss shit.
However, Androide has added more moves, most of them are a mix beetween Rugal/O.Rugal/G.Rugal's moves. QCF+kick on air will result on Rugal sliding down and burning the opponent. Why did he burn them is beyond my knowledge. Oh, wait, he's a robot. QCB+fierce punch results in a reverse Genocide Cutter, which means that Rugal does a kick but jumping back. That's pretty fucking useless, Androide. QCF+fierce punch makes Rugal assume a weird pose and shoot a big fireball while getting a skull pillar effect over him. I don't get it.
He also has a new god awful throw in which he summons a Rugal clone from hell. Too bad the throw won't even work sometimes and the Rugal clone will kick the air. Other than that, there's not much to say about this character, since Tin did all the work on the decent part. Androide took a good character and destroyed it. Way to go, retard. Why did this get a Character of the Week award is beyond me. Maybe because it has 1200 sprites, and 200 of them are actually nothing. Ahaha.
