This character has to be a joke. There is no way this is even a serious ALPHA release - much less a beta one. But it's so god damn FUNNY I have to review it.
As you can see, the rips are AWFUL. And Jill's throw features Pocket Chun Li's Jill transformation sprites. What the HELL?
Sound? What sound? THere's one voice clip that clearly belongs to another character and nothing else. Not that it'd help any.
Gameplay? Take Jill from MvC2. Remove combos. Remove charging the QCF+HP move. In fact, remove anything resembling Jill, and you've got this beta. A couple of moves of note - HK hits about four times, and does about 360 damage. (Read: a third of the meter.) The MP also hits several times. The super does about 200 damage. Etc. Etc.
Something tells me Ryou Win is fucking with us. I can't seriously think he'd release a character like this. Even if he is a foreign weirdo.
