This character can be described in one word: Shit. Not your casual DDM shit, but golden shit. He sucks so much it just sucks. Let's get to the fucking review already.
First, the button layout. Kicks are where the punches should be and viceversa. He's obviously missing the required sprites, since he's golden crap. An infinite is a must. Corner opponent, hold forward, weak punch, repeat until K.O! The animation is choppy as hell. It wasn't that choppy in PSX CvS. Now, I'll get into the moves. QCF+kick is that knee move whose name I forgot. It looks like crap since this person didn't rip it properly. Raijinken? Forget that! He has a Captain Corridor-ish move that looks terrible! Now, I'll get into the only super he has.
GOOD LORD. He has a fucking magnetic shockwave rip-off. This is so crappy it has been haunting me for days. It's horrible. Benimaru assumes a weird pose and throws 10 captain corridors towards the opponent. Overall, this character is really, really shitty. Download him and laugh at it.
